About Us
Established in İzmir in 1994, SAN Law Office provides legal consultancy and a wide range of attorney services to both individuals and institutions, including public entities, corporations, foundations, cooperatives, and others. The firm represents its clients before national and international courts (such as the European Court of Human Rights) and arbitration panels, offering comprehensive legal assistance before all relevant authorities.
Our law office interprets and applies legal norms with a human-centered perspective, guided by the ideals of justice.
Legal evaluations are provided upon direct applications supported by relevant documents and records, after which legal opinions and recommendations are shared with the clients.
In cases where in-person legal assistance is not feasible, a detailed legal opinion report will be prepared and delivered upon complete transmission of all relevant documents via electronic means, fax, or post, and payment of the specified attorney fee.
When requested, remote legal consultations are also offered via Zoom, Voov Meeting, Microsoft Teams, or WhatsApp, through video or audio calls.
Instead of viewing the law as a static concept consisting only of legal norms and rules, our core philosophy is to interpret and apply legal norms and rules with a dynamic and practical approach, aligned with the needs of the times. We focus on achieving the desired outcomes rather than simply adhering to existing rules, aiming to reach the common ideals of society and humanity.
