Land Development Project Development Processes
- Researching all annotations and encumbrances registered in the title deed records of cadastral and zoning parcels planned for development; examining and reporting records related to ownership, succession, and other relevant matters; planning and executing necessary procedures for removal of all declarations, annotations and encumbrances through official records.
- Explaining and reporting the procedural sequences to be followed regarding ownership, zoning and other legal aspects to property owners and investors in relation to the real estate planned for development; creating databases for the execution of construction agreements based on land share, revenue sharing, or lump-sum payment models.
- Managing and finalizing all processes starting from the drafting and execution of construction agreements based on land share, revenue sharing, or lump-sum payment models, including the construction, allocation, payment collection, and delivery of the real estate projects, handling all related legal documentation such as warnings, notifications, amendment protocols, supplementary agreements, memoranda of understanding, releases, and other necessary legal procedures.
