Starting from possession and cadastral determination, which constitute material and formal basis of real estate ownership, legal services are provided regarding the acquisition, use, transfer, inheritance, expropriation, restriction by public acts and dispossession of real property as well as disputes arising from the elimination of ownership rights as briefly defined below: 
  • Objections to base cadastral determinations.
  • All types of lawsuits concerning the annulment and correction of title deeds, restoration of title records, and related proceedings. Legal disputes involving expropriation, urgent expropriation, and administrative seizures or restrictions on ownership rights arising from the Coastal Law and Law No. 2863 on the Conservation of Cultural and Natural Property. Lawsuits for de facto or de jure expropriation without compensation, determination of expropriation compensation, and lawsuits involving title annulment, registration, and damages. Individual applications to the Constitutional Court, and cases brought before the European Court of Human Rights concerning violations of the right to property and the right to a fair trial.
  • Drafting and execution of Construction Agreements Based on Land Share / Revenue Sharing / Lump-Sum Payment, including administrative specifications, technical specifications, and all related documents and annexes. Preparation and execution of supplementary, amended, and termination agreements related to these contracts.
  • Claims and compensation lawsuits arising from Construction Agreements Based on Land Share / Revenue Sharing / Lump-Sum Payment.
  • All types of lawsuits concerning receivables, compensation, and title deed annulment and registration stemming from such construction agreements.
